My friend wants to get her hair cut but dont know how to cut it. she wants one with long layers and really cute. shes the blondey in the picture and her hair is really long. so please help.

if she wants long layers then she should just go to a stylist and tell her and she will get long layers. theres not a lot of different ways to do long layers:

gotcha, so cut her hair like take the top layerings and leave the bottom hanging and cut like one inch, then let that layer down then get the next layering and cut one inch shorter than the layer before and then take a razor and go threw the top layers and lightley razor threw the top so it blends in with the next layer! 21 Dec 2009 / Reply answer / 0 Reply answer
