hair Color for me? -Temp-Dye

HULLO! i have light brown hair, like almsot an ahs color. i really wanted to dye my hair a diffrent color since im really unhappy wiht the way it is now. so, i am thinking about getting a semi or demi-temporary dye. i was thinking just a darker brown. somthing dark, but it has to shine. im not worying about my eyebrows because thye are coverd up by my emo hairstyle. and they are darker already.
so yeah. i wanted to go black,. but that would look bad,i knwo. lol. so my question is. (finaly)
what would be the best brand to buy? i only have 15$ to work with, and i was thinking walmart or target. so yeah. anyone, please give me some yays and nays on what to buy, based on you own expericane. srry for all my typos. lol. ^^ thanks.
