i think its almost impossible to get that blond out of the red hair.. red shades are the hardest to get rid of..just as blue. believe me.. ive had them.. try to go brownish first.. let your hair forget about the red.. and maybe in a year or so you can get blond with no problem..
or the other option would be to totally ruin your hair and get the blonde.. you might loose some of your hair.. but a professional might do it..

you can see lots of cool color options in the hair section i believe of my lists there should be a site that has nothing but hair colors in there near the top.

i would opt for a darker shade, just so it doesn't take all the colour out of your face.
