Can you help my find the perfect punk/emo haircut and color.....please?

I have thick dark blonde hair that reaches my lower back,its neither straight nor curly.I guess its kinda wavy-ish.Anyways Im going for a choppy punk look,with uneven razor bangs, without having to cut my hair short.My mom says I cant solidly die it(bummer) but I can put colored streaks in it or color the ends,I was thinking blue but anything helps.Thanks for looking!
