Can I make hair lighter when I have a natural brown colour on the roots and dyed black on the rest?
I 'm just worried that if I use bleach it will only make the roots lighter because black is hard to be bleached (even though the dye I used is semi-permanent). Can a hairdresser make it so that it won't look weird?

a stylist should be able to do it fine. but if it's semi perm you should be able to wash it alot and help fade the color first 26 Dec 2009 / Reply answer / 0
