When you want to show off your eyes you dont want to complicate your hair with highlights or a bunch of diff colors.

Just keep it as solid as possible so all the attention will go to your eyes! that being said you can have any kinda color you want

But i bet blond will show off your eyes the most cause with your skin and hair being so light that leaves your eyes to focus on
