I think adding a bit of depth and making you hair look interesting you can add some super blonde steaks and darker ones.

layers around the face to accent the , the eyes, the cheeks, the chin... cut the mid back just a little shorter not much,,, I think blonder would be great,, because of your blue eyes.. blonde on blonde,,, on front a lil honey in the back,
