well feeling the burn when your exercising can be hurting your muscles

My trainer told me that when you are sore you are actually workout that muscle. If you are not sore then whatever you are doing at the gym is useless. My boyfriend worksout a lot and he told me to alternate whatever you are doing. Like if you are working on your arms then let them rest and heal the next day. Give your muscles a day in between to rest. Do not forget to stretch before and after you workout. This can help reduce your soreness. 10 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

its both like they say no pain no gain. i did my chest workout the other day and my chest ackes from 2 days ago but next time i work my chest i will be stronger. dnt forget to strech after what u hav done so ur muscles should not acke to much the next day. 10 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Your over doing your muscles.. You probl. did a lot of exercise in one day and it was too much for your body..
