crunches you bring your torso to your knees or legs, reverse crunches you bring your legs to stomach. prop your elbows up on something taht can support your body weight then with the rest of your body hanging down not touching on the floor. then bring your legs or bend your legs and bring you knees up to your chest or as far it they will go while still keeping your legs as straight as possible. or lay on the floor with a ball between your legs (or no ball) and bring just your legs up to your chest (unless you are bending your knees). ine of the hardest parts to time or build muscle are the lower abs. not sure why, but its pretty effective if you do them right and consistently. 20 Oct 2009 / 0
