weight questions; i relle wanna help her!
okay so shes like few of the closest people to me + is like my bestfriend. We've known each other since we were 6. Shes chubby, but not fat (she think she is no matter how much i tell her.) then she told me that one of her ex-teachers told her mum to get her to excersize and she was so hurt she started crying (of the 5 years iv known her, shes never cried ONCE infront of anione. it was the biggest shock ever, watching her cry. shes always laughing) but blahblah whatever..
point is. she wants to lose weight + i want to help her. TIPS & ADVICES ON DIETS AND HEALTHY EATING AND EXCERSIZING AND STUFF?

I would too if my best friend wanted to do it. But she is skinnier then me !

I think the previous answer is really good advice
And i would aslo add that maybe if you tryed it out with her and went through some of it to, to encourage her to cary on with it and tell her if you think she has lost a bit of weight because i am on a " DIET " ( i dont like the lable "DIET" ) or a different food regeme and if some one told me i look like i have lost weight or im looking skinnier i would be really happy and think " Well this is obviously working so i am going to carry on and get to my goal" try get her to get a goal to and nothing ridiculous like 4 stones in a week because its not going to happen and it would dissapoint her. Having a goal is better because then when you acheive it you feel better and a willing to carry on. Obviously excersise is a big part of this too so mahybe you guys should get you butts to your park and have a run around and jump and all that like little hyper girls
I think that if you do all of that and the comment below she'll get the weight of in no time just make it fun. Try looking for cool recipes to bake and stuff and then EAT! ( and obviously in moderation
). All of this will make it funner and easier
which is the important part that she doesnt feel under pressure to loose stone and she has fun

im gonna repeat what ive posted before on another question cause i love this diet plan like crazy!
One of the best weight lost plans ive ever done is a plan where i eat within 6 hours a day so like i eat from 12pm to 6pm. its great cause im never hungry and i eat what i want to! no fat free or cal counting crap!
Plus im not full when i go to bed which is great cause that will burn cals in my sleep. (thats a big no no eating 3 hours before you go to bed, good way to pack on the pounds!) i only have sugar on Saturday and Sunday if i want to. on the week days i stay away from it. plus i work out from 1 hour to 30 mins a day, like a aerobic workout. burns the most. you can easily burn 5 pounds a week!
