tone legs!!!!
omfg so my legs r gross! everytime I walk in a bathin suit they jiggle and its gross and they look weird cuz I hav a flatish stomach small bottom legs and arms. anyone know how to tone them really well? thank u

hey chick - i am a personal trainer and I fully agree with all the girls and yes cardio is def going to help with those legs and a little bit of weights will get you there a bit faster as well but the number one thing that most ppl forget is good nutrition - i'm not sure if you do but a great diet is the foundation of a great body

yeah, running, walking, swimming, cycling..
just the simple ones work for your legss. (:
..also try tightening the muscles in your legs for a minute or two and then release, do this daily. (;
