okay so im 15, 5'4 and about 138pds. how can i lose weight in about 2 weeks . mainly my stomache and my arms and thighs????????

Well eat healthy of course...Try not to eat those yummy deserts > :] (maybe a healthy smoothie instead) Every morning maybe go for a long walk? just do lots of excercise! and eat the right amount of food
