Im in grade 11, and i got stuck in a personal fitness class. I'm not fat, but im not super skinny.
We workout constantly, and since i havent worked out or anything this whole summer, my bodys not used to it at all. Now, after just two days, I cant even walk because my whole body is sore. What can i do to help this? And how can i prevent it in the future?

make sure you warm up and warm down. so basically stretch before and after. If you do damage a muscle then you can use a deep heat cream they work really well, but smell so bad!!! After not long you will be ok, but if you do pull a muscle dont keep working out otherwise it will get worse and worse. 13 Sep 2009 / 0

Well being sore is telling you that you are working out well! Good job! but to help prevent soreness is that you need to really stretch before and after the workout. Like really really well. don't half ass stretch or you will be extremely sore. You can also soak in a hot bath.... then once you get out you can stretch again to help loosen your muscles. (You can also ask you mom or dad to help massage your arms or legs) 13 Sep 2009 / 0
