I wanna lose 30 pounds for graduation which is in two months can you help with ideas?

My mum is on the Cambridge Diet it is when for the first week you just drink a range of 3 milkshakes a day and 2 litres of water per day. Then on the second week you can start on healthy meals that you create on given ingredients and portions. Also on the second week you start the exercising. Every week you go and get weighed to see how much you have lost it really helps because at the start of every new week you are more determined to lose more. 30 pounds? Ur a nice size, like 10 would make more sense..... but anyways try cutting out your snacking, and exercising. Always eat your meals, dont go starving yourself. you need energy for your metabolism. well if you want to
wat i did to lose weight
was eat only salmon and vegetables
and two pieces of bread a day
and jus drink a lotta green tea and water no soda
and when i got hungry i ate some granola bars
but you gotta excersize of course which is the harder part
i would run everynight and every mornin
and come back and do the usual stuff like situps and that
if you wanna work out your arms
get size 3 dumbells cuz it tones it out
and you wont look like the hulk
and when you work out your sides do like some for however much you want and jus switch to the next one

Try Yoga! -Though you don't look like you need to lose weight! You look like the perfect size. :] -
Yoga really helps, as well as some strength exercises -push ups and the like-.
And when you get hungry for a snack or something, eat some fruit or a salad or something. That's what I do.

i've been trying to lose weight really quick too.
i've actually began to lose weight already by doing yoga and dancing.
it's fun and super easy.
plus, i cut out nasty snack foods.
if i get hungry i eat an apple or some carrots.
