i cant stop eating... i eat like a truck driver
i just ate a whole 1200 calorie packet of ben and jerrys cookie dough ice cream. for BREAKFAST. yesterday i ate 5 slices of pizza and for lunch i ate 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. i cant stop eating i know its wrong and ive put on 3kg in 2 weeks and ugh i look disgusting,before i used to go horseriding and that kept me fit but i cant go anymore since moneys a little tight now so ive started putting on weight. i need motivation my stomach is like jelly. so untight and huge and disgusting i dont even fit into my old clothes,i put on a tank top and get teary eyed at how bad i look. help,what can i do?

1) every morning when i wake up i do a thing i learned in PE you put your hands out straight and your legs as you balance on your but and hold for like 45 sec. and do like 4 sets it REALLY works your abs. 2) Do 15 curl-ups 3 sets of 15 a day is good. and last 3) Put your feet against the wall and do the push up position and hold (its called the plank) That is optional it works out your arms and abs....Trying walking more that is actually when you have your iPod or some friends to talk with.. When i walk i take my bestfriend and we talk about drama and things we hear at school..its actually fun.. Good Luck

well first you'll be fine most women don't have a perfectly flat stomach and if you have kids it's going to take time to get your tummy back in order later too so don't stress yet.
like she said drinking ice water will speed up your matabilisum for the time while your body is trying to heat up the water and burn. eating salads, veggies with a lil ranch or peanutbutter, fruits with some honey or yogert. have other options to eat for snacking in your house.
but it does help to have another hobby. if you can try picking somehting up like drawing, painting, knitting, (i like crochet) coloring in colorbooks, videogames

me too! Well, when your bored you tend to eat more so if you chew gum or drink lots of water it usually helps keep you full. If that doesent help and you still eat a lot try eating healthier things instead :] 11 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

you know if your between the ages of 12 - 16 you may be having a growth spurt or if you are on the contraceptive pill it makes you eat more.. this will eventually die down and you will loose the weight.
if you want a good way to loose weight doing simple things, try having a low fat low calory yoghurt for a snack or something, maybe have a sandwhich for lunch instead of something cooked & for dinner try pasta or rice.
exercise can seem hard if you dont have access to the gym but simple things like getting off a bus stop early and walking from there, or doing little exericses in your room (push ups, crunches, etc) or maybe buy an exercise dvd, the really cheesy ones are the best, they make you laugh so much you want to do it, and they are really good
