how to lose weight FAST...with out parents finding out it
my parents dont think im big or n e thing but i do, i deffinitely do. So im hoping 2 lose weight fast, but the catch is that if my parents notice im doing any thing perculiar then they will get lyk...well u no parent-ish.

okay im the samee. like my parents think im fine but i know im not. likely for my my dad is on the diet with me soo i would say for you, keep yourself busy. when im at my moms house during the week i cant be on the diet, i try but pleasee. what i do is go on the omputter for hours. When im on the computer im too busy to think about eating.. go outside with friends and walk round. if you have a dog walk around with he/she. eat less. try staying away from eating when your not hungry. i know sometimes i eat when im bored. so try controling yourself. and yes don't starve yourself, its really bad for your health and you never learn the right way of eating.
look online for the about of foods you should get for you weight and height. Always beaware of you weight. i weight myself every sat morning. when i notice i gain weight i try even harder to lose the weight i gained.

eat smaller portions, dont snack, eat healthier foods. do exercise like running and sit ups.. this will help lose weight on your stomach and legs

Just eat healthier and smaller portions. exercise more and your metabolism should do the rest

don't try any of those stupid diets where you starve yourself because the only thing you will do is get you ill.
