go as far as you can for a steady oace til you get tired. its different for everyone depnding on how fit they already are. then they push themselves by going a few extra minutes each time til it gets easier. when it gets easier-thyat shows youve gotten more in shape or "fitter" 31 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0

it's not really about running 'far' it's about getting your heart rate up.
do some walking around your home even and when you feel too tired or after about 30mins stop. have a water bottle and drink plenty of water 31 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0
