How do you lose weight on your thighs..legs..and stomach area?

I'm a 13 year old girl with the height of 5'3 or 5'4 somewhere around there and i feel like im kinda fat.. and i really wanna lose weight! please give me some advice and ideas! thanks! =]

legs and thighss..
basic walking, running, and cycling will help a lot! (:

stomach..
suck it in for about five to ten minutes a daay, you should soon see the difference. (:

Umm.. I think jogging in place when watching TV. So you're not just sitting there. And then a healthy diet will help. And regular excercies. But yeah. Hope I helped! 02 Jul 2009 / 0
