How do you lose weight on your thighs..legs..and stomach area?
I'm a 13 year old girl with the height of 5'3 or 5'4 somewhere around there and i feel like im kinda fat.. and i really wanna lose weight! please give me some advice and ideas! thanks! =]

it is great that you are interested in fitness. but you shouldn't be worried about losing weight.. you are 13. focus on getting fit but not losing weight . you don't need to be stressing so young you are still growing?

basic walking, running, and cycling will help a lot! (:

suck it in for about five to ten minutes a daay, you should soon see the difference. (:
