How do I get super skinny super fast?
Please someone give me ideas I NEED TO GET SKINNY FAST.Like over a period of less than two months.
i need to lose like 50-70 pounds. I don't want my parents to find out. So please could you HELP me.

Do not go catch a worm..that can like kill you!
the best thing to do this is what i do and im loosing weight very fast!
1. Eat breakfast
2. Do not eat fast food or drink sodas or juices with alot of sugar!
3. Take the 3 major oils like in pills there ment for loosing weight and making your tummy smaller
4. When you are feeling in the mood to snack go make a smoothie out of real fruit! and dont add much sugar or dont add it at all
5. Purple berrrys (juice or real fruit) is great for weight loss
6. Go for a simple jog dont jump into it work your way into how far you run...you dont have to sprint to loose weight you can do a simple jog
7. for your abs do crunchies and cycle crunchies and many other
8. for your lower, put your legs out and then have them straight and lift them in the air!
9. to tone thighs put one leg out to the side and scout...
That is some of the best advice i can give you it is working out for me and i started it when summer started and i have already dropped pounds!
but when you get to your goal weight do not stop!

Sorry, but its impossible to lose that much weight in 2 months even if you didnt eat at all. If you dont eat you lose about half to a pound a day. Not to mention the chances of you actually having a heart attack after 3 weeks of not eating is about 50% or higher. Your body also will eat the muscle THEN the fat. I know. I used to fast. It works but then you gain it back. Its not worth it. Stick to about 500-1000 calories a day, make sure its all veggies fruit and protein 11 Jul 2009 / Reply answer / -1

I am under weight & it was intentional kinda like your trying to acheive.
After I had a stomach bug I lost alot of weight and chose to keep it off, i stopped eating and lost alot of weight. My parents didn't suspect a thing because of the whole virus thing. So im not recomending you go and catch some bug but thats how i did it.
And I know people probably dont aprove of me writing this as they all seem against the idea, but i know how you are feeling and thought i would give you some advice on how to actually achive your goal.

Everyone here says it is dangerous.... and it is. You should find a more reasonable and achievable goal.
You said you do not want your parents to find out??? I believe they will notice if you are droping that much weight. You should not put your body in that much distress...your body may switch into survival mode and start breaking down muscle and not fat. 03 Jul 2009 / Reply answer / 0

It's not possible to get skinny so fast. You need to exercise a lot. One fast way is to eat nothing which is obviously not a option to choose. Have a healthy diet. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. I heard water can help to lose fat, so drink plenty of water. 03 Jul 2009 / Reply answer / +1

anything wourth doing is wourth doing right
sorry if doing things right can take a while but it lasts much longer and you have a better sense of accomplishment in the end
