How can you loose weight extremely fast?
I'm going on a vacation in April and i'm like a size 14 and i want to loose A LOT of weight so i'm not stuck in the house the whole time. I want to build my self-esteem and like buy new clothes and feel really good about myself as soon as possible.

Just excersize lots but don't wear yourself out to the point where you want to pass out. Join a sport maybe? Also eat healthy food such as fruit and vegetables

I understand where you are coming from and I would be more than happy to give you advice without telling you to starve yourself. If you wanted to lose weight you should have started maybe some light or heavy excerising a while ago along with eating healthy. You cannot just drop 7 sizes in a month and a half, it is severly UNhealthy. If you want to have a good trip you need to be healthy. Alos another alternative is to love yourself the way you are. Theres nothing more challenging and easy than that. Loving yourself the way you are will boost your confidence and allow you to feel great in your bathing suit on the beach. Not everyone needs to be those starving thin models out there. Come on, FOOD IS GOOD. Why starve yourself if theres children in many different countrys unable to eat. Don't take advantage of food.
Anyways, heres a suggestion on losing weight overtime, a healthy way. Downsize your proportions. Dont stuff yourself, eat plenty of live foods, and lots of water. 14 Mar 2009 / Reply answer / 0

I know it's almost impossible and extremely (almost) unavoidable, but CUT OUT SUGAR! My friend did it, and she lost it fast!
Eat more vegetables than fruits. Even though fruits have natural sugar (which is STILL GOOD) but try to eat more vegetables because:
Eat raw (uncooked) vegetables--the nutrients and vitamins in these vegetables that will help you be healthy.
SAVOR your food. Chew it, actually TASTE it. It helps you get full faster.
When you're thinking about eating something, ask yourself--am I really HUNGRY, or do I just want to taste it? If you really aren't that hungry, than don't eat it. Only eat until you're satisfied (to, of course, avoid overeating)
But above all, DO NOT starve yourself or put yourself on an unreasonable diet! Starving yourself does the exact opposite--it puts your body into starvation mode and every single LITTLE thing you eat stays there forever...or, just longer than you want it to.
Just remember: Losing weight fast takes A WHOLE LOT OF SELF-DISCIPLINE and DETERMINATION!! When you're tempted to eat that juicy burger (like Tequila's example), thinking of how good it will taste, STOP and think of how great YOU'LL FEEL when your size 14 doesn't fit anymore and you try on a pair of pants you never thought you would fit into!
Well, I won't go on (shaat, this is looking like a freaking esssay), and hope you key in on some of these things and do it wisely!

Kimburlayy, quit stressing ur self out dats 1 of ur biggest prob's. The more u stress the more weight ur gonna gain instead of lose. EAt as healthy as possible and dnt b eating those juicy hamburgers cause thatwon't help u at all. Do some of those fun work outs lik hip hop dacing ur not on the ground and u can have fun with the beat or dance 2 ur own music 4 an hour every night no 1 will no so it cnt b embarrassing.
