I know I will get a lot of judgment for this, but I want to be SKINNNY. Maybe guys will like me more and maybe I will have more confidence, but it's ALL a MAYBE, I know. I should just see if it changes some things.
How can I become anorexic, I know it is over time. But how CAN I do it?
Ohmigosh thank you. you don't want to be anorexic. Plus once you start getting better (if you don't die) you can't lose weight ever again b/c your body packs on the pounds in case you ever do that to it again. not good.
don't become anorexic, if guys don't like you the way you are than they are a bunch of dumbass losers.
I'm so glad you're not going to try to become anorexic!!!!!!! Good for you! It's such a serious illness that some people have, and you don't just get skinny; You get emaciated, malnourished, your organs start shutting down, etc. And yeah, Pay is right, it's a psychological illness that has physical symptoms and consequences.

I am anorexic. You dont want this. Everyday all i worry about is food, loosing weight. Its amental disease.. and you dont.. want this. I wonder what it would be like to be able to eat normal all the time. What it would feel like again. Iv lost my period and my boyfriend , Ben, knows and makes me eat cuz i want to be able to have babies. I wish this never happend to me. Dont try this.. ever. dont even think about it.. if you have questions PLEASE message me. I know what its like and i wouldnt wish it on anyone. This is me. You dont want this.. im 5'4" and 85ish lbs..
O, and btw i dont think im skinny enough either. I know im anorexic. Iv been told.. but im still not happy.. you wont be either.

There are many reasons to not take that option but i am sure many people have already pointed that out to you :)
Anorexia isnt even an option....it is a MENTAL DISORDER that is diagnosed to people when they have already taken radical steps to lose weight and are now seeing themselves in a very scewed way, they do not see the very sick bony person in front of them, they see someone unhappy and 'fat'. It is NOT a dieting option......p.s it is proven (many times) that guys prefer a curveier woman. I have even posed this question myself and it is absolutely true! So do not do this if you think it will make you more attractive because it absolutely WONT.
well dear I have considered this many times, but I have friends who love me and people on here who I see already have and will continue to say that it is not the answer. I use to be tiny, I use to play sports, I use to have the body that everyone wanted...then due to medical issues it was all gone and I HATE how I look and how large I am, but I am working for it. I promised my friends i would not do more damage to my body then what is already done. So I'm suffering too. I feel unwanted a lot of times and i feel that guys over look me because of it, but then I realize how many guy friends I have and how many guys will actually talk to me and realize that I can't look that horrible because there are still people willing to be my friend and be nice to me.

I'm sorry, I'm not going to beg you not to be anorexic. I'm going to TELL you not to be. Do you know the side effects of anorexia? Do you know what it does to you mentality , your psyche, the way you will see yourself for the rest of your life? This isn't some game or a weight lost diet, and I'm tired of kids, young girls, teens, or anyone turn to it as a sort of way way to lose weight. Anorexia can kill you and once you become one it's a life long struggle to stop and never go back to being one. Life.Long. I don't want to minimize the seriousness of it all.
There is a right way that will make you healthy, happy, strong, but it's slow and requires work. There is a wrong way, and THE WRONG WAY IS ANOREXIA. It will make you sick, needing to be hospitalized countless times and needing to seek therapy because of how you see yourself, it will make you UNHAPPY with your body , you'll never see yourself as being perfect as you are (Body Dysmorphic Disorder), you'll always want to eat less, you'll want to DO less, you'll hurt. It will make you weak, it will make your hair fall out, your body unable to function, more easily scarred and bruised, longer time to heal, you'll lose your menstration cycle , and lose your ability to have babies, your mind unable to work right. It will kill you in the end of it all.
In psychology, it is not only an eating disorder, but most people forget it's a mental disorder and comes hand in hand with BDD and can make you depressed and suicidal. Guys will like you if you're confident and if they can relate to you . Your body looks lovely and so does your skin, stop worrying so much about it and learn to love yourself. Because once you learn that, then I would suggest you go exercising, dancing, eating healthy, running, etc, to lose weight in a healthy, slower way. If you want a healthy, long lasting, body you better work for it. In the end, a slow steady routine will give you what you want. In the end, anorexia will give you death and more suffering.
Workout plan: Develop your own, but here's an at home one I thought up for you
At first plan to work out 3-4 days a week for an hour
Run for 20 minutes cardio
Do pushups/cross situps(for upper body, abs, obliques(sides)) for about 30 minutes
Do jogging to slow down your body to rest for about 10 minutes
Youtube:
search pilates, cardio, learn to para-para (since that is a workout) , etc
Diet wise:
Always keep in mind the food pyramid
3 meals a day , at least a salad with beans or a fruit salad mid day
For dieting the average caloric intake that is recommended and healthy (because your body can still work is ) 1400-1500 out of the average 2000 what people should normally eat calorie a day diet. I never count calories , so idk how much I intake, I just want to say, if you really want to lose weight, you might want to think about at most 1400 NO LESS or your body will go into STARVATION MODE. You don't wanat to kill yourself I'm sure, so get anorexia or anything like that out of your mind and start making a plan for yourself that you can work for. Get a calender, Mark a month from the day you start, on average you should lose 1 lb or less per week, if you do simply the dieting. WIth the exercises I'm sure the number will increase to 2-2.5 lbs per week. But you mustn't harm your body.

If you want to lose weight so you can feel confident,that's fine.But there are better ways,healthier,such as diets, exercise...You are really beautiful girl don't get upset because of boys,you are very young for that,thy are just immature and stupid at this age. And liek you said its all MAYBE! So why would you risk your health,life for maybe and some other people?!
NO,don't do it.Ride a bike,go running,dance,eat more fruits and eat less caloric food..but don't go that extreme.Boys wont like if you are skinny like a stick..But they'll love you for you,your personalty.
Hey, I am a dietetics student and I can tell you from experience that you will lose weight and be skinny but the cost is too great, besides all the physical harm, the psychological harm is the greatest. Its is not worth it just to be thin. There are healthier and safer ways to be healthy, if you need help with setting up a meal plan or anything let me know, I can give you advice to safely lose weight if that is what you want
Please don't become anorexic, stay a healthy weight by exercise & eatting healthy just like the other two girls said too!

I was a Plus size teen and had very low self esteem as well.
However, a very very old friend once told me that If I dont love myself who will? and that Confidence is the key to fashion.
When you love yourself, your confidence builds over time, and you will be able to carry yourself well. That will make all the difference.

For years I was bullied for my weight and it hurt! I wanted to be so skinny so I can feel beautiful! But becoming sick isn't the answer! You are beautiful just the way you are. You can become skinnier by exercising! it is that easy! That is what I did! It is free, healthy, and it will make you fit and feel good instead of being anorexic and no energy and sick :(
Please find it in you that YOU ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL! and if you aren't happy with your size then exercise. Don't make yourself sick to become sick. That is not the answer!! XOXO
p.s. don't worry about boys!!! You are only 14! Trust me! Take care of yourself and be YOU! Don't worry about boys until your 16 or older!
Please don't turn to anorexia my dear! If you want your body to change you have to put the effort and will yourself to eat right and get fit!
Also! You don't have to be stick thin for boys to like you or feel beautiful! It is more important to be HEALTHY than sick!! If you really want to lose weight try dancing in your room for an hour everyday! It is great cardio! You won't see results over night because there is no such thing! Just don't go towards anorexia!
