HELP! i need tips on how to loose weight in your stomach and legs.... and FAST!
ok well school is starting soon and i relli want to loose weight in my stomach and legs. my mom says im not fat, but watever. i think i kinda am. ok so i swam for like a hour today and ive been watching what i eat.. any other tips on how to loose weight? and P.S. i heard that if you suck in your stomach while your excersicing it makes your stomach flatter.. if you heard this can you tell me for how long you hold it in for and how to do it! lol

i like the tension exercises you can do them every day and they don't hurt
you just tighten the muscles while your walking or sitting and doing anything during the day hold it for a lil while then release and you can do that as often as you like
and remember it's not sucking in your stomach your actually 'tightening' the muscles and holding that you can tell the differance cause you don't want an INCAVE that's pulling the tummy too. just try to hold it straight and flat (but you can't do it wrong) it will just work better if you do it right 25 Aug 2009 / Reply answer / 0

swimming is great, i'd continue doing that because it works a lot of muscle groups better that most exercises, it's easier and funner to swim too
