it is fact that feeling the burn can be bad
it is usually small tears you create in your muscles and if you continue on your hurt body you can make it worse not better
30mins a day 3days a week is all anyone really needs
and cardio is a good burning tool like running
and low weight high repititon (like those 2lb weights lots of lifts)
those will burn but not build much muscle
give yourself a few days off to heal, eat healty drink LOTS of water and in about 3 days just start up just not as extreme : P 11 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Well... try taking your excercize slower, maybe start with the dance class then slowly work in the extra excercises dayly. It's normal and happens when a persons body isn't used to the excercize. I know I was sore when I started doing gym everyday and now a few years later it's fine! hope i helped

you're not used to it. but you definitely are going to have to take days off to allow your muscles proper repair time. if not, you will continue to ache because there is a build up of lactic acid and your body needs time to remove it. you will eventually get over it. continue to drink water and stay motivated. 11 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

You can't jsut start extreme exercizes and do them every day just out of the clear blue sky/ =-D You have to start slow and once your body gets used to it you can do it more. Only do it like every other day though. =-D 11 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Your body isn't used to that kind of excercise. Make sure you take it slow, and drink plenty of water while excercising, it can help with the cramping and stuff. 11 Jun 2009 / Reply answer / 0

it's probably because your body's not that used to exercising. :]
once you do it everyday/reguarly then your body should get used to it and you won't ache as much. (yn)
