HELP!!!

i am soo horrible w mixing and matching clothes and making it look cute, i have a kind of an american eagle-wet seal mix but i really only wear a shirt and jeans. i dont kno how to pull a really awesome and cute outfit together w the things i have! i like all kinds of things and diff styles like 50s and 70s everything to now, i just wear whatever. we dont have much $ so how do i get a cute outfit together? just throw things at meh... luvs *leanna*

Okay, here are my ideas:

Try an unusual belt, I have a great beaded one which I sling round my hips. Or if you're into 50s styles cinch your waist with one.

Scarves are brilliant, experiment with them, try square cottony/silky ones or long thin ones you can wrap around a few times. Even wear two twisted together.

Tights with legwarmers, and a large shirt over the top of a dress or mini-skirt looks cute. You can also wear legwarmers over skinny jeans.

Try varying different textures, fabrics and colours. Look at pics you like in magazines or on the web and recreate them with what you have. Copy things you like on your friends and add your own twist to it.

Also, charity/secondhand shops are great for cheap clothes. Or have a clothes swap party with some mates and experiment dressing up together - it's soo much fun!
