I think this dress is perfect for a Graduation. The hot pink bow will give it a bolder and more feminine look, and will make it seem less formal, but not too casual either.

my Grade 8 grad dress was like to the floor and it was soooo pretty then sum little kid spilt grape juice on it i was so pissed
