do a google search for a Photo Editing Program Free

Photoshop but you can get a trial for it if you dont wanna pay.
also there is picnik.com but you have to pay for that to and there is no trial.
on picnik it is very easy to do
and on photoshop it is to i do it alot but im a photoshop expert haha just go on youtube.com and search change eye color on photoshop and there are lots of videos to show you how to do it. 20 Aug 2009 / Reply answer / +1
