What's a GOOD way I can stop biting my nails.?

Okay. I have this HUGEE habit of biting my nails, and this is a HUGEEE habit. My nails are REALLLY short. They look like guy nails, just on girl fingers, and they are clean. Hah. I have tried this nail stuff that you put on and when you try biting your nails it tastes like crap. That didn't work. I really want NORMALL nails. Please helpp. Thanks.

Hey, I heard that there's a products which was created exactly for this problem and it tastes horrible. You have to apply it like a nail polish and you'll hate the taste! But I don't know how is it called... sorry..

try fake nails --yeah, they arent the best for keeping your nails healthy/strong, but they work

ugh, i have the same problem. it reely SUX!!!!! wat im tryin 2 do is just get over it. whenever i pick up my hand 2 bite my nails, i remind myself wat im trying to achieve. also, ive noticed that when im busy w/ sumtin and im having fun i dont bite my nails. just somthing to consider

the way i stopped and grew mine out was to get fake nails then mine grew out under them, it kept me from messing with them.That product is ok but it washes off if you wash your hands 18 Dec 2008 / 0

Well i used to have the same problem like you and what i did to stop it was i put nail polish on my nails, any color you want or you can go to your local nail salon and have fake nails but it can make your nails weak.
