What works to grow nails strong, and fast?

I have a really bad nail biting problem. I'm okay once they grow out, but it's when I am waiting for them to grow out again that I relapse and attack them. I'm wondering what kinds of things/products I can use to make them long pretty quickly. That way I will, hopefully, be able to finally give up the habit.

They sell products that tasts bad that you put on your nails and it helps but i have never tried them. what helps me is painting my nails. it helps for a couple of days but i dont want to bite cause i am afraid to get the polish in my teeth and not know it is there. gross. so maybe you can try what i do or look for a nail bitting cure. 09 Mar 2009 / Reply answer / 0

they actualy sell clear coat nailpolish made specialy for strenghthining nails. I'm pretty sure their enriched with vitamin E. and it helps them grow, too.

Gelatin! I used to take these cute little jelly kid vitamins...jell-o in general does WONDERS for your nails. I took the flinstones vitamins. Everyone was sooooo jealous of my nails. I stopped taking them..bad me..and now I have horrible nails. So eat up your nummy jell-o!
