hey if you would like to lose weight just by eating a good way is to try at eat around 6 small meals a day rather than 3 kind of large big meals a day. so try to eat at least every 4 hours because if you don't ur blood sugar level goes way too low and that causes you to want to binge and eat 'naughty' food. and it sounds perfectly fine what you are eating really get into your green leafy veges - infact any vegetable is great and also your chicken and fish is great as well. Remember to never cut carbs out of your diet because your body needs carbs to survive and all you will do is give urself no energy to do day to day activities

fruit and vegetables are always a good start, they fill you up, but are also pretty healthy. (; try not to snack as much on crisps, biscuits, etc.. all you can really do is watch what you eat, have a balanced diet and exercise as much as you possibly caan. (:

Well there is nothing you can eat to lose weight. The only thing you can do to lose weight is to watch what you eat and excercise. remember to eat lots of veggies and drink a glass of water before eating a meal because this fills you up faster so you don't eat so much. :] 03 Jul 2009 / Reply answer / 0

eat healthy and get excercise. like walking or swimming. i wouldn't stick with just salad b/c that gets boring but if you do eat salads use only a little bit of salad dressing. eat alot of fiber, its gonna make you poo alot but youll be losing the weight. drink alot of water too clean out your system, plus the more water you drink the less hungry you are. well, there are a lot of things you can eat. I know that if you eat celery, you actually burn more calories eating it than you are actually consuming. Sometimes I eat it as a snack.
I make sure I do eat breakfast: like oatmeal and yogurt.
Lunch: I try to eat more baked fish and steamed vegs.
Dinner: more vegs... I guess I really like vegs.
Check Womens Health Magazine website. I find it very helpful and I also check Mens Health website.
I try to avoid fast food... but I do not cut it out of my diet. I sometimes craveeee things.. especially before my period. Haha
