Ways to appear slimmer?

I'm not like,crazy upset about my weight and how my body looks.I love it for the most part. (: Although,as most ladies tend to have issues with,my love handles. :/ That little bit of fat that goes to your hips?They bug the heck out of me.Any work-out moves that help eliminate that or clothing that helps hide that?Also,I feel that my bust is too much for me. :/ I'm only five foot and have 36Ds.Is there anyway I can make them appear minumized?Please and thankyou. (:

love handels are very hard to get rid of that's y it's great that most guys love that soft supple area on a girl anyway.

you can maybe try side bents and twists hoola hooping

and there isn't much you can do about the bust usually layers can help like a vest over a tshirt. non v-neck shirts or high v-necks.

wow...you can give some of that bust to me lol. are you talking about love handles? cuz idk much toning exercises for those. hips though, are a part of your lower body and this a part of your legs. teh best leg exercise you can do is squats and lunges. and with weights when they get easy. strengethning your butt with help bc thats all a part of taht area and your hanstrings and lower stomach. lay flat on the floor with your knees up and feet on the floor and pull up your butt from the floor hold it for a couple seconds then lower it tehn do it again do three sets or until you start to feel a buring or it starts feeling slightly difficult to do. you can also lay with your upper body on a chair and your arms hanging off one foot on the ground and the other in the air. then do the same thing pull your butt up (i call it the sex move or pelvic thrust lol) and do that repetitively for three sets til youre tired. also you can put ankle weight on your feet and stand against a chair for support and bring one leg out from you as far as it will extend over and over again slowly, just dont walk or lift with your knees with weights on because it could damage them. also, hula hooping really is effective 14 Nov 2009 / Reply answer / 0 Replies LfurvnQ LfurvnQ

Heh,that's what my friends normally say. :p I love them,but I don't think they fit my,for the most part,petite frame.And thank you,I think I'm going to try some of the exercises. (:
