Lemon Water

so Ive heard lemon water is supposed to be really good for your skin and apparently it flushes all the toxins out of your body. has anybody had any good experiences with this?

Yea you can do a lemon honey water detox for your skin and body. I have done it twice... you do feel better and it does help flush out the toxins from your body...(like by peeing and pooing.) seriously.... it will debloat your body.
Some people add cayanne pepper to curb your appeitite so your are less hungry during the day.

Yes, it's good for your skin. It helps to keep your skin clear. I drink it whenever I feel like. But my mom said not to drink it everyday, kinda dry out your body. I think she meant weight or something. 03 Jul 2009 / Reply answer / 0

I found that it works alot. For awhile I would every two hours heat up a glass of water and add lemon juice in it. when I didn't have access to a microwave I would just do cold water with lemon juice. My complexion cleared up and I found it made me feel better overall as well. I would highly recommend trying it

i find that tooo, i used to hate water,
but i just started drinking water with lemon in it and it actually makes it taste pretty good

i know drinking plenty of water in general is suppost to be good for your skin
