Well skin colour is hard to change ...
Maybe you should try some powder foundation a colour the same as your legs or what ever. I say powder because cream can become preeeeeeetty streaky. and any way you shouldn't worry about that sort of stuff, i mean because i dont think that people are going to comment on it but i know its how you feel... but i dont think there is a permanent change to your skin colour possible... 20 Oct 2009 / Reply answer / 0 Reply answer
