how to make body shine

i hv a fair complexion ..
i like wearing sarees...bt hesitate 2 wear bcoz of my back n front stomach portion ...

i did a crash course in make up. i applied the foundation, concealer and the powder. as soon as i got all those things on, my face became shiny. so i know i have oily skin.

now my body looks bad specialy my boobs
I dont knw t to do with this lift

im not sure what to do to cover flaws but not look too dark
