well i also want to become a model. so its nice to find people with the same goals as you.
right now i want to lose inches off my waist to get the perfect 24 (:
i already lost an inch off.
i workout during the week. most days. about 4 - 5 days.
first, i do ab workout. such as crunches, bicycles, bridges, ect.
then, i either run or power walk for 30 minutes.
if you want to burn off the fat, you HAVE to do some type of aerobic exercise.
