I want to get breast implants really bad...I am a full B now and want to be a D. I can't really afford it right now because of low funds and the economy so does anyone know where to get them reasonable in the East Coast area or any remedies to make them naturally bigger?

Yea I want boobs too! I am just nervous about it bc it is major surgery and the maintenence on them. I do not think you should cut corners on cost b/c this is your body! You do not want a cheap doctor and mess up your body. Then you will end up spending more $$$ to fix the mistakes. I have seen a website that helps women fundraise $$$ for implants.... i saw it on Oraph and Tyra show. I do not remember the name but you can google it. you can have larger padding but thats pretty much.. although if the padding is HUGE it wont look natural..
i can't really help you on that, but i have a little trick

:
ok, so its summer now and you want to go swimming.
you want your boobs to look big and plump without using tons of padding?
just wear 2 bathing suit tops on top of the other (same style is always better, or else it wont work.)
celebrities use this trick
