About Tanning...

When I apply sunscreen for tanning to protect from UV rays, do I keep having to apply it to prevent further skin damage? If I do, how often? Every 10 minutes or so...? Please Answer!!! xoxo

Before tanning, know the risks involved, wrinkles, skin cancer, and more freckles and moles ( freckles etc is not bad to have, i'm just saying more will pop up, and if u don't want them..then yea..) , sagging skin over time, and burns. There will always be risks but you can minimize them.
If you already have skin damage, take a break from the sun, or tanning bed.
Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before tanning. Reapply it every 20 minutes. Don't spend more then 30 minutes out in the sun.
Also if you are tanning in the sun, avoid peak hours, 10 am- 4 pm.
Moisterize skin after tanning, and drinks lots of water.
If you get a burn apply aloe vera on it. If the burn is severe go see a doctor.
